Oh boy! I am putting on weight eating all these mooncakes. Hahaha!!!

My good friend cum neighbour gave me this mooncake with single salted egg yolk. ;-)

Mooncake From Aunt

This mooncake with double salted egg yolks. Aunty Mary's friends gave her a lot of mooncakes. She could not eat so much so she gave me.

This mooncake without salted egg yolk. Our good friend from North America came to visit us and gave us this one piece of mooncake which his friend bought for him.

We tried making different flavours for the paste. Thereafter, most of the husbands got sick of eating the snowskin mooncakes.

They requested for the baked mooncakes instead.

So from that day onward, we did not make any more of the snowskin mooncake. Some of us either does not have time or sick of eating them.
