Lo Hei Or Tossing Yu Sheng/Raw Fish Salad
Yu Sheng or Raw Fish Salad was concocted by Singapore chefs Hooi Kok Wai, Tham Yui Kai, Sin Leong and Lau Yoke Pui in 1963.
Everyone participates by tossing and exchanging good wishes.
