Yu Sheng or Raw Fish Salad was concocted by Singapore chefs Hooi Kok Wai, Tham Yui Kai, Sin Leong and Lau Yoke Pui in 1963.

Everyone participates by tossing and exchanging good wishes.

Pineapple Tarts

Finally, I baked these pineapple tarts successfully. :-)

These pineapple tarts failed the QC. :-(
